Decent place to livesubmitted by Christopher H. - |Recommended: NoIt's not fancy but its affordable. Most neighbors are friendly but keep to themselves. Lots of families with small kids live here.
Unsafe, unprofessional, not kid friendly, ant infested, no parking, and needs upgraded.submitted by Tianna R. - |Recommended: NoThis is the worst place I have ever lived at. New to San Antonio, if I would of known how bad this area is and how unprofessional and rude the staff was here I would of never moved here. If there was no contract I would be gone. My kids are not allowed outside, due to cops always being called because of the people they allow to move here that make it unsafe, dangerous, and loud. Nothing gets fixed right or on time. Apartments are old and need to be upgraded. You can never find parking. The pool is always dirty so we never really went swimming, had to go to another pool to swim. Always have to come out your pocket for food , and ant repellent due to the apartments being infested with ants. I wish I could say something good about this place but there is truly nothing good to say and I wouldn't recommend anyone to move here.

Over priced for the age submitted by Cristina B. - |Recommended: NoNot good. Had a roach and rat problem after a few months of living here. I chose not to renew due to the pricing. I pay 799 now and my renewal rate is 825 No thanks and the roach problem I have that wont go away no matter what I try. Unsanitary and pest control cannot or wont fix it, says its my fault for leaving dishes in the sink. I am a clean person and no matter what I do they are still there. Did everything but blow up the apartment but that might stir them up more. Glad to be leaving.

Stay far awaysubmitted by Dolores - |Recommended: NoI was lured in by the appealing prices, then they charge you for everything and the end price is equal to everywhere else. The places aren't tile as listed in the amenities. The playground is a deathtrap. There is only one pool open for use. I've been lied to by the very friendly office staff. The side that I'm on doesn't appear to be too bad and it's fairly quiet but I'm looking forward to moving out at the end of my lease. Truthfully the place doesn't look too bad but it's like someone who has smoked, drank, and done drugs the majority of their lives...it's not good on the inside. Constant temperature in the shower- non existent, steady water pressure- non existent, problems with outlets- definitely. Just save your energy and go somewhere else.
Stay far awaysubmitted by Dolores - |Recommended: NoStay as far away from this place as possible The people in the office seem nice, they're certainly charming until you need something then they'll still seem nice as they lie to your face. The place advertises two sparkling pools but there's really only occasionally one. They advertise a playground for the kids but it's really a deathtrap with huge holes on the scalding plastic slides. I put in another work order for repairs that I've asked to get fixed for seven months and came home to find all of my valuables stolen but the door locked. I'm paying for a two bath apartment but have only been able to use one of them, they won't fix the other. Additionally I had a leak from the upstairs apartment flooding the one working bathroom for two months. They repeatedly promise stuff but never follow through. Most recently I keep getting told to make an appointment for maintenance to make their repairs, I've made four and they still haven't shown up. This place really sucks, stay far away

Saddlewoodsubmitted by Joseph O. - |Recommended: Nothe water bills are ridicoulous since i first moved in 2010 the bill has multiplied by 3. This property has changed owners 3 times and the bug problem is crazy. Staff is friendly but that does not make up for the other issues. They raised parking prices without telling anyone and security gates has never worked since i moved in.
